  Users agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
  Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
  Users must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security.

3. Digital Product Listings

  Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of the digital products they list on our platform.
  Sellers must accurately describe their digital products, including any relevant specifications, features, and usage rights.
  Sellers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when creating and selling digital products on our platform.
  Sellers retain all rights to the digital products they create and upload to our platform, unless otherwise specified.

4. Purchasing Digital Products

  Buyers may purchase digital products listed on our platform by following the specified purchasing process.
  Buyers agree to pay the listed price for any digital product they purchase, along with any applicable taxes or fees.
  Once a purchase is made, buyers will receive access to download or use the digital product, as specified by the seller.
  All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.

5. Payment Processing

  SRIIOUS Marketplace may use third-party payment processors to facilitate transactions on our platform.
   Users agree to abide by the terms and conditions of any third-party payment processors used on our platform.
   SRIIOUS Marketplace is not responsible for any errors, delays, or other issues that may arise during the payment processing process.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  Sellers represent and warrant that they have all necessary rights and permissions to sell the digital products they list on our platform.
  Sellers grant SRIIOUS Marketplace a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute their digital products for the purpose of promoting and operating our platform.
  Buyers agree to respect the intellectual property rights of sellers and other users on our platform.

7. Prohibited Activities

  Users must not engage in any activities that violate these terms and conditions or applicable laws and regulations.
  Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, the following:

    Uploading or distributing any digital products that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
    Uploading or distributing any digital products that contain viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
    Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices, including but not limited to fake reviews, account manipulation, or payment fraud.
    Using our platform to promote or facilitate illegal activities.

8. Termination of Accounts

  SRIIOUS Marketplace reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these terms and conditions or engage in prohibited activities.
  Users may also request to close their accounts at any time by contacting us directly.

9. Limitation of Liability

  SRIIOUS Marketplace, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our platform.
  In no event shall SRIIOUS Marketplace’s aggregate liability exceed the amount paid by the user for the digital product giving rise to the claim.
